Senior Manager, Account Service


  • Identify new prospects and initiate contact to follow up
  • Plan and execute sales activities and develop profitable new business opportunities for live communication projects such as exhibition & events, conferences and road shows etc.
  • Take client briefs and communicate them clearly to designer and team
  • Participate and lead creative development process
  • Coordinate with internal dept. and external vendors for pitching
  • Present the company’s full spectrum of services, network and develop relationship
  • Prepare presentation/proposals and pitches and present them to prospects
  • Ability to close deals, and lead the management and execution of exhibition & events, conferences and road shows etc for successful delivery to client’s satisfactory.
  • Account management – staying involved with new key clients through the production process (attending key meetings, staying in touch with the client, being on site)
  • Work with management to draw up a new plan and budget



  • Dynamic, perseverant, result-oriented and self motivated
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin with excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills
  • Highly customer oriented
  • Presentation skills in English and Mandarin preferred
  • University graduated preferred
  • At least 5 years business development and sales experience in an exhibition & events related field.
  • Younger than 40 years old preferred
  • Good network of contact in China with local companies
  • You must have a proven track record of business development
  • Familiar with marketing strategies, production and execution
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Positive with a CAN DO attitude
  • A self-starter, able to use your own initiative to solve problems
  • Intelligent, ambitious and highly motivated team player, with a commitment to quality and professionalism
  • Extremely organized and proactive
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Keen to continue learning and growing personally and professionally
  • Already placed in the Beijing market and with a network of contact
